Dates Set for Jr. Ice Breakers Camp
The Mentor Ice Breakers have announced the dates for their first-ever Junior Ice Breakers Camp, open to youth hockey players interesting in learning from a professional coaching staff. The camp will take place from August 17-21, 2020 at Mentor Ice Arena.
Each day will consist of two sessions, one in the morning and another in the afternoon. Each session will be limited to 15 players and five instructors, including Ice Breakers Head Coach Sebastian Ragno and players.
Sessions will consist of two hours of on-ice time, one hour of dry land instruction and another hour of an activity related to hockey such as soccer, ball hockey, etc. Session A will take place from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. while Session B will be from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Early bird registration is available through July 31, 2020 and costs $450. Campers who sign up after July 31 will incur a fee of $499. Registration will close one week prior to camp on Monday, August 10. As part of the registration fee, each camper will receive a Junior Ice Breakers jersey and T-shirt.
