NOTICE: TICKET POLICY FOR CANCELLED GAMES
Mentor, OH - We want to thank you for your support this season and for making our second season in Mentor, truly memorable. We share your disappointment that the season had to end too early, as a result of the coronavirus, (COVID-19) pandemic. Our top priority continues to be that fans, players and staff remain healthy and safe.
As we wrap up 2019-20 season activities, we want to share information about unused tickets from the cancelled games. The team office and the Mentor Ice Arena are closed to the public at this time to keep in compliance with the government and health officials policies to practice social distancing. We will inform you as soon as we are able to re-open so that we can take care of this issue.
For single game tickets purchased for cancelled games: If you purchased single game tickets you will be able to receive either a refund for your tickets or a credit in the form of a single game ticket vouchers which can be used for the 2020-2021 season.
Season ticket holders: If you are a season ticket holder, you can choose to have the amount credited to the purchase of 2020-2021 season tickets, or receive a refund for the cancelled games.
We are committed to taking care of everyone. We appreciate your patience as this situation is new to us as well.
More information about the 2020-2021 season including the season ticket packages and our schedule will be made available when the details have been finalized.
